Find players
Where they come from and which sources are worth paying for.
- Player sources: Every player keeps the domain they first joined from, for life. Follow each YouTube video, TikTok or server list through to joins, journeys and spend.
- Where players live: Every join carries a country, graded A to D by its revenue potential. See which source pulls grade A traffic and which only pads your join count.
- Campaign tracking: Mark a YouTube push, a sponsored video or a sale, and see the joins it drove, the players it converted and the revenue it brought back.
- Competitors: Add the networks you compete with and see their live player counts beside yours, sampled through the day.
- Vote rankings: Your position and vote count on the big Minecraft server lists, read once a day and charted, so a slipping rank shows up before the traffic drops.
Keep them
See where new players quit, and follow up before they do.
- Journeys and drop-off: Pick the checkpoints that matter, from first join to first purchase, and see the drop-off between each one, split by source and country.
- Automations: Set a rule once: when a player stalls, climbs fast or a top spender goes quiet, send a message, run a command, call a webhook or make a discount code.
- Discord Pulse: Your community's activity, mood and retention in Discord, charted next to your in-game player count.
- Holiday calendar: School breaks and public holidays for the countries your players live in, dated per country on a month grid, next to your own events.
Earn from them
Know who spends, who's drifting, and what brings them back.
- Whales: Rank players by what they've spent and watch each one's trend. When a top spender's spend, playtime or joins drop, you see it early.
- Discount codes and drops: Make one-use Tebex or PayNow codes from automations, or drop them at random times to players online. A control group shows what they really earned.
- Player profiles: Look up any player to see their sessions, journeys, events and purchases, with your past Tebex or PayNow orders imported the day you connect.
- Forecasts: Forecasts project players and revenue weeks ahead from your own history, with the weekly swings built in.
Run the server
Live numbers, your own charts, and a team that sees what it should.
- Live servers: Player counts, TPS, memory and session length per server, rolled up across the whole network.
- Custom dashboards: Crate odds, anticheat flags, your economy: send any event through the API or a command, then pick a chart and filter by server.
- Discord briefings: Players, new players, playtime, donations and top sources, each with the change since last time, posted to a channel or your DMs daily or weekly.
- Teams and roles: Invite people to a network and choose what they see: which pages, which servers, and whether revenue shows in full, as a trend, or not at all.
- Ask your AI: Connect an AI assistant and ask about your players, sources and revenue in plain words. It sees what your role sees, nothing more.
What server owners ask us
Which servers does the plugin run on?
Paper 1.21.8 and newer, and Folia, from one jar. Put it in your plugins folder and add a server key to its config.
Do I need to host anything?
No. The plugin sends events to UserJourney and the dashboard is hosted for you. There's no database or web server to run.
Does it work with Tebex and PayNow?
Yes, both. Connect your store and past orders are imported, purchases are matched to players, and automations can make discount codes in it.
How is it different from Plan, MCTrack or MCMetrics?
They show you where players leave. UserJourney also acts on it: it messages, rewards or sends a discount code to the player, then counts what came back. The comparison page goes feature by feature.
Is there a free plan?
Every account starts with a 30-day trial of everything, with no card. After that you keep a free plan for one server, or pick a paid plan from $5.99 a month.
Who can see my data?
Only you and the people you invite. Each network's data is isolated at the database level, and you can have a player's data removed at any time.
